Founded in 2013 with a vision to advance and professionalize endurance sport event delivery, the Race Directors Conference has become a leading forum for supporting sanctioned events across British Columbia and beyond. Designed for race directors, event organizers, and industry leaders, the Conference delivers valuable education, practical resources, networking opportunities, and shared best practices that help elevate the participant experience and strengthen the endurance community.

Connect, learn, and collaborate with event hosts from British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and across Canada who collectively engage more than 250,000 participants and deliver over 200 sanctioned events annually.

This year’s Conference reflects the expanded partnership between Triathlon BC, BC Athletics, and Cycling BC; three of the province’s leading sport organizations. Together, these organizations are reinforcing their shared commitment to raising the standard of event delivery, encouraging cross-sector collaboration, and supporting the continued growth, sustainability and success of sanctioned events throughout Western Canada and beyond.
