Born in 2013 out of a vision of professionalizing sport delivery, the Race Directors Conference was created to support and enhance the quality of sanctioned events across British Columbia by providing Race Directors with resources, networking opportunities, and best practices.

Learn, network and socialize with events hosts from BC, Alberta and across Canada, who together, call on some 250,000 participants and over 200 santioned events.

This year’s conference is the result of the expanded partnership between Triathlon BC, BC Athletics, and Cycling BC—three of the province’s leading sport organizations. By joining forces, they are strengthening their collective commitment to elevating the standard of event delivery, fostering collaboration across disciplines, and ensuring that sanctioned events continue to thrive and grow throughout the region.
